This page explains what happens to the information you give Cabinet Souverain when booking an appointment.

Who is responsible?

Cabinet Souverain is the controller of the data collected on this site. For any question about your data: contact@example.com.

What data is collected?

When booking: first name, last name, email address, phone number and, if you leave one, your message. Your appointment history is then added to it.

What for?

Solely to manage your appointments: confirmation, reminder the day before, changes, cancellation — and, when the feature is enabled, an invitation to leave a review after your visit. The legal basis is the performance of the booking you request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No advertising, no resale.

Who can access it?

Cabinet Souverain, and the technical providers that run this service: AgendaLibre (hosting, servers in the European Union) and Resend (email delivery, Europe region). If Cabinet Souverain has connected their Google calendar, the title of your appointments appears there too. Your data is neither sold nor passed on for any other purpose.

For how long?

For the duration of your relationship with Cabinet Souverain and the legal obligations attached to it. You can request the deletion of your data at any time (see below).

What are your rights?

Access, rectification, deletion, portability, objection: write to contact@example.com. Every confirmation email also contains links to change or cancel your appointment yourself. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can contact your country's data protection authority.

What about cookies?

This site only uses essential technical cookies (session, chosen language). No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics.
